Packer II

Responsibilities

• Work in the Reels & Plugs division to ensure safe and efficient packing processes
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products to spot defects
• Make incremental process adjustments and troubleshoot problems as they arise
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Collaborate with other departments and assist teams as needed
• Perform cleaning and organization tasks during downtime
• Support all company quality and safety policies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to work night shifts (6p-6a) on a 2/2/3 schedule
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience
