Packer II

Responsibilities

• Work in a quick and safe manner within the Reels & Plugs production division
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products to spot defects
• Make incremental process adjustments and troubleshoot problems as they arise
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Collaborate with other departments and assist teams as needed
• Perform cleaning and straightening tasks during downtime
• Support all company quality and safety policies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on product quality
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and excellent attendance record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience
