Packaging Unit Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical requirements to ensure alignment with project goals
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for inquiries and purchases
• Review vendor offers and conduct detailed technical evaluations
• Support the procurement team in defining cost evaluations for equipment
• Review, mark up, and finalize vendor drawings while interfacing with other technical disciplines
• Participate in inter-discipline review meetings, including HAZOP, P&IDs screening, and 3D Model reviews
• Coordinate with other technical disciplines to provide essential information such as utility requirements, electrical load lists, and layouts
• Provide technical support for expediting, testing activities, and client requirement meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 10 years of professional engineering experience
• Proven expertise in technical documentation preparation
• Experience in vendor offer review and technical evaluation
• Strong ability to perform inter-discipline coordination and technical information sharing
