Packaging Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure project accuracy and quality through document control, standard operating procedures, and good documentation practices (GDP)
• Perform testing duties according to WESTPAK requirements to meet customer objectives
• Conduct testing with high integrity and data accuracy
• Record, collect, and organize documentation including equipment lists, instrumentation, and data
• Maintain WESTPAK 5S and various site standards
• Assist with various duties and projects assigned by the Lead Engineer, Production Manager, or Lab Manager

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a testing laboratory, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret protocols, industry specifications, and procedures
• Experience working within a documentation and process-based environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer literacy
• Basic algebra, statistics, and geometry math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting
