Packaging Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and improve automated packaging equipment for blow-fill-seal nebules and pre-filled syringes
• Monitor equipment performance, perform fault finding, and make necessary adjustments
• Assist the Engineering team with basic equipment maintenance as instructed
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and good working practices to minimize incidents
• Maintain high housekeeping standards within packaging areas in accordance with cGMP
• Report any instances of non-conformance to the management team

Requirements

• Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline OR experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or medical devices)
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within an operations team
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to deliver high performance standards
