Packaging Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of Operators, Equipment Owners, and Engineers during weekend shifts
• Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale metrics
• Champion Manufacturing Excellence and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement
• Build a strong continuous improvement culture through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Own and deliver balanced scorecard targets for the packaging area
• Shape and deliver medium-to-long-term strategy for production lines, including CapEx and productivity proposals
• Manage day-to-day "run" activities while actively leading "improve" initiatives

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong coaching and team development capability
• Experience driving continuous improvement and Lean practices
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Confidence influencing across functions and building strong working relationships
• Energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food safety
• Experience in FMCG, particularly within bottling environments
