Responsibilities

• Accelerate and deliver priority sustainable packaging initiatives
• Translate sustainability strategy into technically robust and compliant solutions
• Lead upfront packaging solution exploration to address sustainability challenges
• Monitor and interpret the evolving legislative landscape to ensure proactive compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and industry experts to deploy sustainable packaging
• Ensure product protection and consumer expectations are met during sustainability transitions
• Support the long-term innovation pipeline to keep sustainability at the forefront of development

Requirements

• Experience in sustainable packaging development and implementation
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical, technical solutions
• Knowledge of legislative requirements and environmental regulations related to packaging
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work at pace across multiple key markets
