Packaging Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily packaging operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Coordinate packaging activities and schedules to meet production requirements
• Supervise, coach, and mentor packaging personnel to ensure performance and compliance
• Develop and revise packaging work instructions, SOPs, and packaging records
• Investigate packaging-related incidents and implement corrective actions
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, FDA guidelines, and safety regulations
• Drive operational efficiency by reducing set-up times and recommending process enhancements

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 years of pharmaceutical packaging experience
• High School Diploma, Trade School, or Vocational Diploma (GED or equivalent)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• English language proficiency at CEFR Intermediate B1+ level
• Ability to lift, move, and/or carry 50–75 lbs
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, fumes, and dust

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a related field
• Knowledge of serialization, aggregation, and packaging validation
