Packaging Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 manufacturing associates in a highly automated production environment
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity performance on a 2-2-3 rotating night shift
• Coach, onboard, recognize, and manage employee performance to build a strong team culture
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Distribution to improve uptime and operational flow
• Use TPM, layered process audits, and root cause analysis to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience or similar production environment experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising teams of 10 or more in a Lean manufacturing setting
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar manufacturing systems
• Ability to spend significant time on the manufacturing floor, including standing and walking throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, or Six Sigma experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience leading sustainable corrective actions and process improvements
• Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a focus on employee development
