Packaging Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedules and achieve specified goals
• Ensure product conforms to specifications and minimize rework
• Operate taping machines, shrink wrap machines, and pallet jacks
• Perform standard operating procedures for production and inspection
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, and SSOP guidelines
• Count and place packages in appropriate caddies and maintain accurate records
• Stack boxes onto pallets and manually shrink wrap

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform repetitive functions
• Ability to accept direction from leads and supervisors
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse and assembly line experience
