Packaging Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines following established Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards
• Monitor process control parameters and follow defined checklists and procedures
• Apply corrective and preventive actions when necessary to maintain process stability
• Support autonomous maintenance activities, including improvement suggestions and anomaly reporting
• Execute equipment inspection and cleaning plans according to established standards
• Perform simple corrective and preventive maintenance, such as replacing belts, nozzles, or filters
• Plan and execute line format changes using SMED methodology to reduce setup time
• Maintain an organized workspace following 5S principles
• Ensure correct completion of all operational records and proper waste disposal

Requirements

• High school diploma (Ensino médio completo)
• Basic computer skills (Informática em nível de usuário)
• Availability to work in shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical courses in mechanics, mechatronics, electricity, or electrotechnics
• Previous experience in manufacturing, organization, or supply replenishment
