Packaging Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate a new automated packaging and palletizing line
• Ensure all produced quantities are correctly packed and stacked
• Supply the packaging installation with necessary materials in a timely manner
• Perform visual inspections of finished pallets and troubleshoot issues independently
• Conduct initial quality control on end products and take samples for the quality lab
• Move containers of finished products using a forklift
• Perform thorough cleaning of production lines and the surrounding area during product changeovers

Requirements

• A2 diploma in a technical direction (mechanics/electromechanics) or equivalent professional experience
• Forklift certificate or proven experience operating a forklift
• Basic digital skills using Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Slides) or MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Fluency in Dutch; English is considered an advantage
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety protocols
• Good technical insight and problem-solving abilities
• High level of motivation to grow within the company
