Packaging Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of equipment, rooms, and work surfaces
• Disassemble, clean, and assemble packaging equipment according to procedures
• Execute line clearances and prepare equipment for production batches
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
• Debug equipment during operation and intervene based on production priorities
• Verify equipment cleanliness, condition, and product quality
• Ensure compliant documentation including logs, records, and labels
• Perform physical tasks such as load handling, hopper feeding, and palletization
• Complete computer-based production transactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in French is required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing and lifting loads
• Ability to work in a regulated environment following quality and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Mechanical aptitude and experience operating equipment
• Experience with production software or computer systems
