About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, distribute, and monitor work within teams
- Ensure the proper functioning of the packaging line
- Manage manufacturing and customer order preparation according to specifications
- Guarantee traceability of packaged products
- Control manufacturing sessions
- Supply workshops with products, packaging, labels, etc.
- Implement corrective actions in case of anomalies
- Participate in weekly briefings
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, preferably in the fruit sector
- Autonomous, dynamic, and reactive personality
- Strict adherence to hygiene and safety rules in the food industry
