Packaging Line Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor one or more packaging machines on the production line
• Perform machine adjustments and format changes
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure smooth operation
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process
• Maintain accurate documentation for tracking and traceability
• Perform first-level maintenance and cleaning operations
• Identify anomalies and participate in problem-solving activities
• Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine operation, line operation, or industrial production
• Experience working within a packaging environment
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrotechnical, or automation systems
• Ability to perform first-level maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail regarding quality and safety standards
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food and beverage, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industries
• Experience working in highly automated industrial environments
