Responsibilities

• Pilot the packaging line: startup, adjustment, and shutdown of equipment
• Monitor line operation and perform first-level adjustments to maintain cadence and quality
• Organize the workstation and coordinate operators for fluid production
• Ensure quality and traceability: control appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging compliance
• Complete traceability documents and report non-conformities
• Apply hygiene, safety, and HACCP rules
• Participate in cleaning operations and format changes
• Propose continuous improvement actions to optimize performance and reduce waste
• Follow the pedagogical path of your training center while applying skills on-site

Requirements

• Enrolled in an apprenticeship program (Bac pro, BTS, or professional title) in production, food industry, or logistics
• Interest in machinery, processes, and product quality
• Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to make quick decisions
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Strict respect for hygiene and safety rules (HACCP, PPE)
• Driving license (Permis B) is preferred but not mandatory
