Packaging Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Pilot the packaging line including startup, adjustment, and shutdown of equipment
• Monitor line operation and perform first-level adjustments to maintain pace and quality
• Organize the workstation and coordinate operators to ensure fluid production
• Control product appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging compliance
• Complete traceability documents and report non-conformities
• Apply and enforce hygiene, safety, and HACCP rules
• Participate in cleaning operations and format changes
• Propose continuous improvement actions to optimize performance and reduce waste

Requirements

• Interest in machinery, processes, and product quality
• Rigor and strong organizational skills
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Strict respect for hygiene and safety rules (HACCP, PPE)
• Driver's license (Permis B) is preferred but not mandatory
