Packaging Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines and associated equipment in accordance with approved documentation and batch records
• Lead and coordinate line activities, including equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and crew assignments
• Perform pre-start processes, equipment inspections, and in-process checks to ensure quality compliance
• Monitor processes to proactively prevent deviations and identify opportunities for safety and productivity improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation, including packaging batch records and room/equipment logbooks
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and respond to error messages to minimize downtime
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, SOP, DEA, and OSHA regulations

Requirements

• High School Degree, GED, or foreign academy equivalent
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
• Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to perform equipment adjustments
• Knowledge of cGMP and OSHA regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for approximately 6 hours per shift and work at elevation

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an FDA-regulated environment
