Packaging Learner

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop technical skills in the operation of key machines on the production line
• Maintain 100% attendance for all scheduled classroom learning sessions
• Complete and submit all required Portfolios of Evidence (PoE)
• Participate in regular workplace observations to track progress
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and Diageo operational processes to ensure industry compliance
• Support production site compliance activities and manage expenditure within the L&D budget

Requirements

• Matric certificate with strong Mathematics and English results
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer literacy and knowledge
• Maximum of 5 years of experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry
• A self-motivated, confident, and "can-do" attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
