About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise a crew of 14+ people during shift operations of the packaging department
- Ensure the packaging of correct products according to specifications
- Oversee shift operations to ensure safe working practices and enforcement of all company policies and procedures
- Manage packaging workflows to maintain production efficiency
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Mechanical abilities and a willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work comfortably at heights
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proven track record of good attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift for extended periods in varying temperatures and noise levels
- Availability to work occasional weekends, holidays, or off-hours for emergency conditions

- Previous knowledge of milling procedures
