Packaging Lead

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down canning and bottling lines
• Execute smooth changeovers and ensure materials are staged and ready
• Perform routine QC checks including fill weights, seams, DO, and carbonation
• Maintain accurate production documentation and finished goods volumes
• Identify and resolve mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime
• Track packaging materials and communicate inventory needs
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support the wider team

Requirements

• Ability to monitor runs and make real-time adjustments for quality and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement
• Reliability and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or brewing is preferred but not required
