Packaging Lead

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down canning and bottling lines
• Execute smooth changeovers and ensure materials are staged and ready
• Monitor runs and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform or oversee routine QC checks including fill weights, seams, DO, and carbonation
• Identify and resolve mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime
• Track packaging materials and communicate inventory needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and production data

Requirements

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or brewing is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
• Proactive mindset geared toward process improvement
