Packaging Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-speed production equipment to manufacture industry-leading nutrition products
• Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and minor to major clearing of jams or downtime issues
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and complete accurate work order documentation
• Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and report abnormal functions to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area utilizing 5S cleaning standards
• Ensure all products and materials have proper identification, correct codes, and valid expiration dates
• Comply with all applicable FDA, GMP, OSHA, and company regulations and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production lines, or as a machine/equipment operator
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, legible records
• Ability to communicate pertinent line information to production and support personnel
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during a 12-hour shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with RF Scanners
