Packaging Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop new processes for New Product Introduction (NPI) and manage transfers to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Design and conduct experiments to troubleshoot process issues and validate improvements.
• Develop and maintain factory automation applications and integrate factory systems via web services, APIs, or SECS/GEM protocols.
• Optimize Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL Server queries for data access and reporting.
• Support the fine-tuning of machine learning models on domain-specific datasets.
• Collaborate with process, equipment, and IT teams to deliver robust automation and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and database management using SQL.
• Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis, regression, and process simulation.
• Understanding of machine learning techniques, including neural networks.
• Experience or academic project exposure to manufacturing automation, MES integration, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
