Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the internal supply chain between the Logistics Distribution Center (CDL) and manufacturing plants
• Ensure efficient material flow, high operational visibility, and precise inventory management
• Drive digitalization, advanced analytics, and the integration of AI tools to enable strategic decision-making
• Implement cost reduction strategies and manage departmental budgets
• Standardize operational processes and ensure compliance with ZF production systems
• Manage documentation and quality standards within the supply chain

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar packaging or supply chain role
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proven experience working in Warehouses or Distribution Centers (CEDIS)
• APICS certification is required
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Experience in strategic planning, warehouse control, and team leadership
