Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in packaging design, development, and CAD modeling
• Prepare and maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, and technical drawings
• Execute packaging tests per ISTA/ASTM protocols including drop, vibration, and compression
• Record, compile, and analyze test data and prepare reports
• Support NPI packaging activities and sustaining engineering tasks like ECOs
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams and packaging material suppliers
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and maintain documentation within QMS

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering
• 0–2 years of working experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in packaging, manufacturing, or engineering
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Understanding of engineering fundamentals including materials and mechanics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to quality management systems (ISO, QMS)
• Basic knowledge of ESD handling for electronics
