Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design package structures for finished and semi-finished products
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange package samples and complete necessary testing
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawings, product packaging instructions, and BOM lists
• Resolve packaging abnormalities occurring during mass production and address quality issues related to packaging R&D
• Standardize package part design following technical drawing specifications to improve design quality
• Optimize packaging structures and processes to enhance productivity, ensure stable quality, and reduce costs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Industrial Packaging Design or a related field
• Proficiency in engineering drawing and Microsoft Office software
• Strong knowledge of packaging raw materials and design principles
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage work pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CATIA and ArtiosCad
• At least one year of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of plastic parts design, including injection and blow molding tooling
