About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop new processes for NPI and transfer to HVM
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
- Implement process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean
- Design and conduct experiments for troubleshooting and validation
- Develop factory automation applications and optimize SQL queries
- Integrate factory systems via web services, API, or SECS/GEM protocols
- Support fine-tuning of pre-trained machine learning models
- Collaborate with process, equipment, and IT teams on AI and automation solutions
Requirements
- Masters or Degree in Mechatronic, Computer, Software, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or AI
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and process simulation
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical techniques
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
- Experience or academic projects in manufacturing automation or MES integration
- Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation
