About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise marketing teams on new project design, technical choices, and creative concepts related to consumption trends and eco-design.
- Establish technical specifications considering sustainability, food safety, quality, costs, and international regulations.
- Evaluate industrial implementation capabilities with suppliers.
- Lead project prototyping, functional mockup creation, and industrial pre-series implementation.
- Conduct packaging line trials in collaboration with international industrial factory teams.
- Document project progress and participate in follow-up meetings.
- Perform market and supplier packaging watch, focusing on environmental impact.
- Manage and harmonize the technical packaging database across different sites.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering school specializing in Packaging and Conditioning (e.g., ESIReims, ESEPAC).
- Proven ability to work autonomously, with rigor and proactivity.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools.
- Fluent English to operate in an international environment.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
