Packaging Developer Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development projects from initial design to industrial validation under senior supervision
• Contribute to the development of packaging components including glass bottles, labels, closures, and secondary packaging
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of industrial trials, tests, and qualifications such as line trials and transport tests
• Participate in risk analyses (DFMEA/AMDEC) and help define risk mitigation actions
• Create and update technical specifications in alignment with Brand, Quality, Production, and environmental objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Marketing, Quality, and Procurement, as well as external suppliers and agencies
• Support environmental initiatives through material evaluations, recyclability studies, and packaging impact reduction projects
• Perform technical analyses and benchmarking activities to prepare associated documentation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a License or Master's degree in packaging engineering or a related technical field (materials science, mechanical engineering, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials and components such as glass, cardboard, labels, and plastics
• Ability to work with technical data, specifications, and test results
• Strong interest in industrial processes, quality standards, and environmental sustainability
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
