About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the design and layout of micro-electronic packages for the LyteCore system
- Perform signal and power integrity simulations to optimize performance
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and vendors to ensure manufacturability and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in substrate design and packaging technology
- Proficiency with EDA tools such as Siwave, HFSS, or APD
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with hands-on testing of electronic packages/systems
- Knowledge of die attach, flip chip, or wire bonding processes
