Packaging Associate II

Responsibilities

• Package silicone, plastic components, and tubing according to work instructions, batch records, and quality standards
• Perform inspections of components for defects, damage, or contamination prior to packaging
• Operate cleanroom packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanroom gowning, hygiene, and aseptic techniques to prevent contamination
• Label, track, and document packaged components accurately to ensure traceability
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Identify and report quality or process deviations to supervision
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical or manufacturing training
• 2 years of related experience in manufacturing and packaging
• Previous experience in a cleanroom or GMP manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs safely
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a cleanroom environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret batch records and SOPs
