Package Buyer

Responsibilities

• Join project procurement teams from the FEED and EPC phases through to final project delivery
• Build and implement sourcing and execution platforms for CCS procurement packages in alignment with project strategy
• Ensure all items and service deliveries meet cost, HSSE, and quality requirements within agreed timelines
• Cooperate with suppliers to maximize the use of industry standard solutions and contribute to category management
• Partner with project engineering, legal, compliance, and construction functions to select optimal technical and commercial opportunities

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing
• Proven experience in sourcing and contract management for technically complex packages
• Expertise in preparing RFQs, conducting negotiations, and managing contract administration (claims, VORs, etc.)
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba contract management, and VIM (invoicing and PO close-out)
• Strong understanding of EPC project dynamics, including technical, operational, and planning contents
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical education background due to the complex nature of the procurement packages
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and other digital procurement tools
