About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide periodic progress reporting for Level 1 and Level 2 schedules
  • Support project teams with planning responsibilities related to contract management and reporting
  • Participate in project and programme planning and progress meetings
  • Identify and maintain programme and project milestone and schedule interface activities
  • Support planning and scheduling processes required to manage contracts and contractor schedules
  • Adhere to NEC contract processes for management of schedule data and submissions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Infrastructure sector (Rail, airports, roads, water, or utilities)
  • Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions
  • Proficiency with Primavera (P6)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related subject preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
