P6 Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain fully integrated construction programmes using Primavera P6
• Resource-load and cost-load programmes accurately across labour, plant, equipment, and material
• Ensure cost-loaded programmes align with project budgets, estimates, and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor project performance using earned value management (EVM) techniques
• Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to support progress valuations and cost reporting
• Conduct critical path analysis and develop mitigation programmes
• Interface with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Provide weekly/monthly programme updates and lookahead schedules to senior management

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Primavera P6 Planner on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to develop resource- and cost-loaded construction programmes
• Strong working knowledge of earned value management (EVM) and programme risk analysis
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Experience working with NEC or FIDIC contract forms
