P2P Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of P2P services across APAC markets in line with global processes and service standards
• Act as the first point of contact and initial escalation for APAC P2P service delivery issues
• Monitor service delivery KPIs and SLAs, identifying issues, risks, and emerging trends
• Triage operational escalations and perform preliminary root-cause analysis
• Prepare operational performance reports, dashboards, and inputs for governance meetings
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Tax, and IT stakeholders to support effective service execution
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Support compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Solid experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems within a P2P/Finance environment
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Fluency in English with clear and structured communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in P2P, Finance Operations, or Shared Services
• Progress toward a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Exposure to APAC markets and regional operational or regulatory differences
• Experience working with or supporting outsourced/BPO service providers
• Knowledge of additional APAC regional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa, or Hindi)
