P&O Consultant (HRBP)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People & Organization (P&O) contact for the assigned site, providing front-end support for employees and managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor by ensuring P&O systems and processes are accessible and easy to navigate.
• Guide client groups through effective onboarding and in-boarding processes, including conducting new employee orientations.
• Manage the offboarding experience for exiting employees to ensure a smooth transition.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Champion HR digitalization and participate in initiatives to harmonize and globalize P&O offerings.

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources.
• 3–8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR business support role.
• Ability to travel to plant locations near Mumbai (approximately 2–3 visits per month).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and make sound, timely decisions.
