About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records, review information, and consolidate reports to support department objectives.
- Manage and update the new joiner tracker and the exit interview tracker.
- Conduct exit interviews for store and Head Office employees up to specific grades.
- Support the Area Human Resources Manager with the Annual Merit Review and annual incentive processes.
- Arrange and distribute induction programs for new management recruits, including workstation allocation.
- Collate and maintain performance appraisal forms, summary sheets, scorecards, and succession planning information.
- Provide continuous administrative support to the Area Human Resources Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR coordination experience within a large commercial organization.
- Proven experience in customer care and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, with specific expertise in MS Office.
