About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records, review information, and consolidate reports to support department objectives.
  • Manage and update the new joiner tracker and the exit interview tracker.
  • Conduct exit interviews for store and Head Office employees up to specific grades.
  • Support the Area Human Resources Manager with the Annual Merit Review and annual incentive processes.
  • Arrange and distribute induction programs for new management recruits, including workstation allocation.
  • Collate and maintain performance appraisal forms, summary sheets, scorecards, and succession planning information.
  • Provide continuous administrative support to the Area Human Resources Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR coordination experience within a large commercial organization.
  • Proven experience in customer care and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, with specific expertise in MS Office.
