Owner’s Representative Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk
• Interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor performance management techniques
• Manage the change control process and project information flow
• Prepare formal project budget progress and stakeholder reports
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards
• Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems
• Oversee financial management including client invoicing and budget monitoring
• Lead and mentor team members through the project life cycle

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in design and construction industry on public-sector projects (municipal, K-12, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CCM, PMP, or PgMP certification
• Experience as a direct employee of public sector organizations
• Membership in relevant professional organizations
