Owners Association Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee service charge administration, including the preparation and dissemination of annual invoices.
• Execute debt collection strategies to recover outstanding dues and negotiate payment plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for unit owners regarding service charges, community governance, and inquiries.
• Process and issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs), clearance certificates, and move-in/move-out permits.
• Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.
• Coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Board Meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
• Maintain comprehensive filing systems for legal notices, insurance policies, contracts, and financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Owners Association Management, Property Management, or Accounts Receivable.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE property laws and OA regulatory frameworks (ADM/RERA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and specialized OA Management Software (e.g., Mollak, OAMS).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for managing collections and enforcing payments.
• Superior verbal and written English communication skills.
