Owner Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing unit owners and new investors to grow the Ala Moana Hotel rental program.
• Implement strategies and campaigns to increase key conversion and minimize key loss trends.
• Provide high-level service to all current and potential owners through personal meetings and regular communication.
• Maintain deep market knowledge regarding Honolulu real estate, competitor returns, and rental activity.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, such as real estate agents, to drive referrals.
• Coordinate realtor showings and conduct escorted tours to educate new buyers on rental program advantages.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, and out-of-order units to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage the owner database and produce investor information collateral.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, property management, or owner relations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience within the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of Hawaii State Tax collection (GET/TAT/OTAT).
• Proficiency in Japanese (reading, speaking, and writing).
