Owner Relations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective owners via phone, email, and in person
• Guide new owners through the activation process, including agreements and tax documentation
• Maintain owner data across hotel management systems
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and cleaning with Maintenance and Housekeeping departments
• Liaise with realtors and escrow agents for unit transitions and ownership transfers
• Support the Finance team with owner distributions and tax documentation
• Maintain operational reports including Inventory Update Schedules and Daily Logs
• Support the Director of Owner Relations with administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Basic math and accounting comprehension

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience in condominium property management or hotel operations
• Experience with Hotel Management Systems (Opera preferred)
• Experience working with contracts or legal documentation
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
