Own Brand Quality Assurance Leader

Responsibilities

• Define specific technical data sheets for various product types in compliance with current legislation and purchasing positioning
• Ensure brand product reformulation follows international Health & Nutrition standards
• Coordinate product development processes including benchmarking, differentiation, sensory activities, and performance
• Manage laboratory analysis plans, including quotes, communication with suppliers, and non-conformity management
• Supervise sensory analysis programming according to METRO standards
• Ensure qualitative and legal compliance of food, near-food, and non-food labels for national and international markets
• Interface with external consultants for technical-legal opinions regarding labeling

Requirements

• Master's degree in a technical-scientific or food science field (Food Technology preferred)
• 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within structured food companies
• Strong technical-scientific and food industry knowledge
• Knowledge of reporting and statistics concepts
• Proficiency in food and labeling regulatory frameworks
• Experience in private label product development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Good command of the English language
