Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
• Support the Store Manager with daily retail operations
• Perform merchandising, inventory management, and stock control
• Handle POS transactions and cash reconciliations accurately
• Maintain high standards of safety and attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for overnight shifts and weekends
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
