Overnight Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight team to deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Support customer needs by being enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Nike products
• Manage operational tasks including operating cash registers, shipping, receiving, and stocking products
• Maintain store standards by cleaning and building visual displays
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and reliability while supporting teammates

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
