Overnight Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight retail operations, ensuring the team delivers service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Manage product stocking, shipping and receiving duties, and building visual displays
• Operate cash registers and maintain store cleanliness to prepare for daily business
• Foster a positive team environment by leading by example and demonstrating integrity and reliability
• Support customer needs by maintaining deep knowledge of Nike products and services

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
