Overnight Personal Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are safe and following program scheduling
• Support healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive and healthy environment
• Facilitate medication observation
• Transport and accompany clients to regular appointments
• Ensure Crossroads policies and protocols are followed
• Perform routine technical tasks as needed under Program Manager supervision

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to become certified
• Minimum of 1 year experience in mental health or substance use field
