About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-call support to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) during overnight hours
  • Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Enforce company policies regarding operations, security, and appearance
  • Communicate information and issues between store management and CSRs
  • Resolve customer complaints and support a strong service culture
  • Approve checks within specified limits according to company policy
  • Conduct video camera audits to support security
  • Prepare required reports for Store and District Managers

Requirements

  • 6+ months of PLS check cashing experience
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
  • Previous customer service experience in financial services, banking, retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
