About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-call support to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) during overnight hours
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Enforce company policies regarding operations, security, and appearance
- Communicate information and issues between store management and CSRs
- Resolve customer complaints and support a strong service culture
- Approve checks within specified limits according to company policy
- Conduct video camera audits to support security
- Prepare required reports for Store and District Managers
Requirements
- 6+ months of PLS check cashing experience
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Previous customer service experience in financial services, banking, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
