About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-call support to Customer Service Representatives during overnight hours
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Enforce company policies regarding operations, security, and appearance
- Communicate information and issues between store management and CSRs
- Support a strong customer service culture and resolve customer complaints
- Perform video camera audits to support security
- Prepare required reports for Store and District Managers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
Requirements
- 6+ months of PLS check cashing experience
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Previous customer service experience in financial services, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
