Overnight Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations to ensure high-quality service standards and guest expectations are met nightly
• Provide managerial support for the Front Desk, Guest Services, and Security teams during the overnight shift
• Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems and implement effective solutions
• Review daily arrivals to prepare for VIP guests, special requirements, and potential operational challenges
• Perform Front Desk duties as necessary and ensure the overnight shift is prepared for the AM shift transition
• Communicate relevant updates and information to key team members in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit, or Accounting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, for the overnight shift
